Pretty sure that's the jackpot output, the same way Kahrun's pouches sometimes gave 100 instead of 5/10/15.

What mob did you loot it from ? I assume it was in Inggison (as an asmo) ?

Funny how there's absolutely no info anywhere on the Dynamic Conquest mobs but only a certain few are grinding them nonstop.
