Sometimes I think back to how the Abyss was when I was here dozens of years ago.

Back then I was part of the Patrol that was stationed at Lake Asteria.

Back then, Asteria Fortress wasn't as big as the fortresses in Bloodburn Reach, but the fortress battles were still hellish.

We Elyos fought bloody battles with the Asmodians and the Beritra Army everyday back then.

Now only one ruined fortress remains.
