Description:
Talk to the Daeva of Life, Opilius. Talk to Laokon, the Air Line Maintenance Soldier. Go to the Origin[pl:"Origins"] of the Illusion Fortress Windstream[pl:"Windstreams"] and spread you wings to use the windstream. Take the Illusion Fortress Windstream[pl:"Windstreams"]. Take the Calmheart Grove Windstream[pl:"Windstreams"]. Take the Phanoe Windstream[pl:"Windstreams"]. Talk to the Daeva of Life, Tialla. Take the windstream to get to Taloc's Forest.
Summary:
The Daeva of Life, Opilius, said that helping hands were needed in Taloc's Forest and asked you for help.

To get to Taloc's Forest, you went to the Transporter Maintenance Soldier, Laokon, who told you everything about the windstream.

You used the windstreams in Inggison to get to the Taloc Research Campsite so you could meet with the Daeva of Life, Tialla.

Full quest's text:
We Daevas of Life are looking here for a way to produce Aether.

Because this is the most Aether-rich place in Inggison.

But according to our research, tapping Aether is more difficult than expected.

There are too many dangerous creatures in the area. There are also hardly any Aether Stones here.
Luckily, we can use the Aether Energy in Taloc.

Unfortunately; it isn't all that easy to refine this Aether for use with the Aether artillery.

As you are probably aware, the Daevas of Life are particularly well versed in the use of Aether.

These skills cannot be learned. You either have them or you don't.

Lately, however, the Brigade General of the fortress has imposed exacting standards.

We must be good in battle and at the same time be able to operate complicated devices such as the Aerial Aether Searcher.
But talented Daevas like this aren't as common as grains of sand on the beach. Our skills are limited.

Supposedly, you've never experienced the dizziness that almost everyone feels when they enter Balaurea for the first time.

If you weren't a Zephyr Daeva, you could have become a Daeva of Life.

So I'd like to ask you to support our Daevas of Life and go with them into Taloc's Forest.

I can't trust anyone but you.
Haha, I like you!

The fastest way to get to Taloc's Forest is via the windstream. Due to pressure differences, air currents have developed in Balaurea, which we call windstreams.

If this is your first time in Balaurea, you probably aren't familiar with the windstream yet. Go to Laokon, the Air Line Maintenance Soldier, and let him explain how to use the windstream.

Then enter Taloc's Forest.
Flight speed and body height are not related to one another!

Just as walking speed and body height do not influence each other!

Isn't that right, Player?
What?! You're only here to find out something about windstreams?

Shouldn't you know this already? Well, I'll explain it to you again since Caceus asked, but you should really already know this.

Due to pressure differences, air currents have developed in Balaurea, which we call windstreams. You can use these windstreams to travel to distant places in a flash.

You just need to learn to use the air current properly and they will allow you to fly higher and higher to reach your destination.

Occasionally the windstreams can take you to strange places... The use of the air currents depends on your skills.
No! That's all just theory! You need to actually try it to really get to grips with it!

It's puzzling to me how some people don't understand that.

Ah, I didn't mean you. Don't get me wrong.

But you know the saying "The proof of the pudding is in the eating", don't you?
Good! Then let me explain your task to you.

One of the windstreams starts in the Inggison Illusion Fortress. It's located near Jienia. Look closely.

Allow your body to be lifted by the powerful air current of the windstream. But the Illusion Fortress Windstream is pretty short. When it ends you need to switch to the Calmheart Grove Windstream.

But that's not all! The Phanoe Valley lies at the end of the Calmheart Grove Windstream. Here you have to take the Phanoe Windstream.

If you don't make any mistakes, you will reach Taloc's Hill. As a helper to the Daevas of Life, you can go directly to the Taloc Research Campsite and meet Tialla.

Time and again, even experienced Hushblade Legionaries come to grief while trying to use the windstreams! Maybe you'll manage it on the first go.
Opilius sent you?

In that case, you must be particularly resistant to Aether.

Sorry if I was unfriendly. I'm just a bit irritated because Daevas are constantly getting hurt in Taloc's Forest.

If you wait for a moment I'll explain your mission, Player.
