I did all the steps of this quest until finish. But when i saw the last step "Click Reward in the quest window to report the mission results" then I clicked; nothing happened. I couldn't get my reward as the picture.

You should click the "Reward" button in the window with the list of the quests. It's located next to the "Abandon" button.
