This region was the Garden of the Dragon Lord Tiamat once. But once the region had been sealed and its Lord had vanished, the gardeners devolved to a new Lord.

The creatures there aren't particularly strong. Nonetheless, they always move in pairs so they may still prove dangerous to us.
