Summary: You met with Toshirunerk, a member of Harok's research group in Sanctum, and obtained information about Harok. After you had cleared out the Suspicious Shulacks at his request and obtained information about Harok, Toshirunerk said that with just a few more pieces of information it would be possible to determine Harok's whereabouts.
