I recently heard something interesting about stigmas. Shall I tell you about it?

I’ve heard that the Balaur in Balaurea have started researching stigmas again.

They haven’t had any major breakthroughs or anything, but we can’t just ignore them.

We’ll need to disrupt their research and find a way to work quicker than they can.
There’s a Balic city in Inggison known as Hanarkand. It’s the Balic seat of power in Inggison.

The citizens of Hanarkand use drana cultivation technology as part of their research into stigmas.

It would be very helpful if we could get our hands on the stigma they’re researching, and their research report too.

Player, can you help me with this stigma research?
The mission will be difficult, but it’s also quite simple.

Get the Hanarkand Stigma Design and the Hanarkand Stigma Dossier and bring them to me.

If the rumours are true, it should be possible to buy the design and the dossier from Daevas who have already conquered Hanarkand.

Get both items by checking the market for them, or by defeating Hanarkand Drakan, then bring them to me.
