Indratu is not in Heiron – he’s at the Indratu Fortress somewhere in the Abyss. That’s also the entrance to the Abyss Gate which the Krall and Balaur have set up.

I will take you to the Heiron Abyss Gate in the Nute Warrens. Go through that gate to the Indratu Fortress and vanquish Brigadier Indratu.

You must eliminate Brigadier Indratu deep within the fortress.
