Blue Balaur Blood you'll need to get from noble Balaur. Lazy Dragashum, Instructor Afrane, and Greatscholar Jaadis, for instance.

Other regular Balaur might have those too, you'll have to see. But all the Balaur there have Balaur Rainbow Scale[pl:"Scales"]s you'll need to bring.
