Apparently, this item lets you transform into Lumiel’s Apostle for a short time.

They say that you just have to collect the Lumiel’s Relics that are all over Atreia in order to get the item.

We Elysians are looking for this item, because we want to research more into it, but we have yet to find all the Lumiel’s Relics.

If we had that item, not only would we be able to use Lady Lumiel’s power, we’d learn more abut the apostle as well.
That’s why I want to ask you for something.

If you happen to have Lumiel’s Apostle and aren’t using it any more, I’d trade you two Lumiel’s Relics for it.
