You can buy the Diana's Noble Spellbook design from Darius. It's a more complicated design than the one for Diana's Spellbook.

I know it's restrictive, but you can only take your Expert test in one craft at a time. If you are walking the path of an Expert in another field, you cannot become an Alchemy Expert yet.
