Description: Talk to Logi. Talk to Sarakiel. Talk to Dilbeek. Gather the materials needed to make Dragon Claws, so you can make them for Lopter as a present. Summary: Lopter read the letter from his father and was angry. He asked you to throw away the sword, hoping to forget everything. You told Logi everything, and he suggested melting down the sword and turning it into Dragon Claws. You asked Sarakiel what the necessary materials are for making Dragon Claws, and then you went to Dilbeek to obtain them. Full quest's text: Show/Hide Is this some sort of joke? This is all lies! My father would never fall against the Balaur! It’s a lie! (staring at the sword) That’s right... It’s all the weaponmaker’s fault. Why does a weapon break? It’s supposed to protect you, isn’t it? I’ve been watching the workshop a lot lately; watching how they make the weapons. They smile while they work. Do they think it’s a laughing matter? Making weapons that are supposed to protect people’s lives? My father is an idiot, anyway! What made him think he could rely on his weapon in battle?! I don’t need it! It’s a piece or rubbish! Do me a favour and take it with you! I’ll forget my father and be the strongest one of all! Everyone will respect me once I’m a Daeva! I’ll defeat all those Balic scumbags! I will prove to everyone that I can fight without a weapon like that! (... You could take the sword and leave.) (Take the sword; go and see Logi and explain what’s happened.) (You can hear Lopter screaming from the front of the Temple of Artisans.) What’s all this racket from out the front? What’s going on? Have you heard anything from that boy? Gosh, that’s just awful. For something like that to happen... It’s enough to break your heart... the idea that just smiling with the pleasure of forging a powerful blade could ever hurt someone’s feelings. Plus, it’s always been my policy to work on a weapon until it cannot possibly break during a fight, no matter how long it takes. I make weapons in order to protect people, and this situation only makes me more determined to do that. I think us grown-ups are responsible for making sure that our children have a future. Have you ever seen the power that he can make come out of his hands? He must be a talented brawler. I heard it from Usener. I want him to be as amazing a brawler as his father was, so I want to give him some dragon claws. We could melt down the sword to make them. I’ll melt down the sword and make dragon claws out of it. Go and ask Sarakiel which materials we’ll need, and then bring them to me once you have them, Daeva. We can have a positive influence on that kid’s future. Hello Daeva. You want to ask me for something? Well, what’s it about? Yes... So you want me to tell you what materials you’ll need in order to make dragon claws. Usener has already told me a lot about that boy. He seems to have the traits of a Brawler Daeva. I wouldn’t mind getting to know him myself. Hmm... It might even be better to do it that way. If he still wants to use the old sword, it would be a good idea to get white, red, blue, and green fragments from Dilbeek at the Vorgaltem Citadel, and smelt them down with the blade. He’ll be happy to help you if you tell him I sent you. This isn’t the first time, y’see. Thank you for taking on such a troublesome task, Daeva. Make sure you help that boy. Hello, what can I do for you? Ah, in that case, what do you need? Basic Reward - Reminiscences of a Young Daeva | |
