Description:
Talk with Cornelius. Talk with Sabotes. Collect Tear of Luck and take them to Cornelius. PlayerTake the Oath Stone to High Priest Jucleas and ask him to perform the ritual of affirmation. Talk with Lavirintos. As Lavirintos suggested, collect the Tears of Luck.
Summary:
Lavirintos said that the next test would check your luck and persistence, and he sent you to Cornelius for further instruction.

Following Cornelius's instructions, you received a special extraction tool from Sabotes, obtained the Tears of Luck, and took them to Cornelius. Then Cornelius put their distilled essence into a bottle.

After another ritual of affirmation from Jucleas, Lavirintos poured the distilled Tears of Luck on your new Miragent jacket.

Full quest's text:
I know the tests you've taken so far were difficult, but this one is even more formidable. An order of magnitude more formidable, I'd wager.

This time we test both luck and persistence. Being lucky is often better than being good.

But every Miragent's Holy Templar knows this truth: If you're persistent, eventually you'll be lucky as well.

That's exactly what I'm talking about, Player. Now let's put it into action.

It's said that when Atreia split into two, the Tower of Eternity shed tears even as it was breaking apart. Those brightly glittering tears must have dropped somewhere in Atreia.

Whether that's folklore or history, it's certainly true that only the lucky can find those crystals, and thus we call them Tears of Luck. And your next test is to find them.

You can say that this test measures your innate luck.

However, you must remember that perseverance often turns bad luck to good luck.

See Essencetapping Master Cornelius. He will tell you how to get a Tear of Luck.

I used to be an ordinary herbalist. But then I got curious, and my questions led to more questions...

...and now I'm here. You look curious yourself, Player. What brings you here?

A Tear of Luck doesn't look like much. They're small, transparent, and glittering--like small flowers hidden in the bush.

The crystal is neither solid nor liquid--it's a coalescence of light. Touch it, and it fades away.

That's why you need a special tool to gather a Tear of Luck. Extraction merchant Sabotes has such a tool, but beware...she charges a staggering price for it.

Cornelius's aspersions aside, I do indeed have a tool that will let you gather Tears of Luck, challenger.

Yes, yes, I overheard what he said about the price.

I don't know about a "staggering price," but it's true that the tool is very valuable.

My father and grandfather dedicated their lives to developing the extraction tool. That's the kind of hold that the quest for luck can put on your soul. Two generations of my family, devoted to this singular cause!

Its parts are so sensitive that they must be recalibrated after every use. And the tool itself is made from the rarest, purest metals.

Selling the tool is out of the question--it's the only legacy my father and grandfather left me. But if you have enough Kinah, I'll rent it to you for as long as you need it.

With this tool, you can harvest the Tears of Luck and collect them in your Cube.

Tear of Luck are said to be found all across Atreia, but they’re actually very hard to find.

They glitter, but they are very small, not easy to find and very rare. As Lavirintos said, you’ll need both luck and patience with this task.

Anyway, once you have 20 Tears of Luck, take them to Cornelius. And don’t forget to give back the extraction tools.

I wish you luck!
Player, you don't have enough Kinah.

Call me names if you must, but the price is firm. Come back when you have enough Kinah.

I’ve been waiting for you, Player.

I don’t often get the chance to see 20 Tears of Luck.

Perhaps that’s why Tears of Luck are said to bring luck.

I don’t actually believe in luck, but who knows? After all, you were lucky enough to find these Tears and bring them to me.
Glowing, sacred light…

These Tears of Luck are Aion’s tears, also considered by many as blessings falling to the ground.

I can’t imagine how hard it must have been to find 20 of them.

I’m going to fill a bottle with the Tears of Luck for you. This way, you’ll be able to imbue your jacket with the power of the concentrated luck.

Now take it to Jucleas for the final part of the sacred ceremony.
We meet again, Player.

When I woke up this morning, I somehow knew that today would be the day you'd come back, seeking a ritual of affirmation.

Do you suppose it's foresight on my part? Or just a lucky guess?
Soon you'll swear an oath to the Miragent Holy Templars. What a day that will be!

Hand me the Oath Stone and let's get you on your way. I don't want to stand between you and greatness!

You can buy the Oath Stone at the Caps and Straps in Divine Road. But you know that already, eh?

Come back when you've got it, and we'll do the ritual together.

What a beautiful light...

This coat, now infused with the power of luck itself, should bring you good fortune for the rest of your days.

Congratulations on passing the penultimate test, Player!

Gameguide - aiononline.com (walkthrough)

Instead of walking up and down the hole map to find Tears of Luck (source),
you better gather Griffonia, Perer or Lunime to get the Tears of Luck.
(You have to wear the Sabotes' Extraction Tool )

Good Luck!
