Take the windstream starting at the asmo npc camp to the west of the swamp until you can see the cave being as close as you can get to it from the stream. Glide out and you should be able to barely make it inside (target the rocks on the right as a landing point, you'll be able to walk in).

There's also a lot of Nokara in the cave, you might want to bring your gatherer toon to stock up.
