Talk to Eremitia. Talk to Machiah Talk to Bellia. Get the Aether Wave Stone from Jhaelas. Talk to Sibylle. Get the battleship key that was sent to Clymene for repair. Talk to Sibylle. Talk to Sibylle to board the battleship. Talk to Outremus Order: The Obelisk in Inggison is having some issues. Lead scholars and reinforcements to Inggison and resolve the situation.
Summary:
Eremitia, the High Priest of Mirages, asked you to lead the scholars and the reinforcements to fix the Obelisks installed in Inggison.

She instructed you to secretly meet with Machiah before leaving. Machiah explained what happened in Inggison and asked you to eliminate Tiamat for the safety of Elysea.

After speaking with Machiah, you met Bellia. When she heard what Eremitia had to say she sent you to get the Aether Wave Stone, a synthetic item fused by Jhaelas.

Jhaelas lets you take the Aether Wave Stone, also telling you about a battleship in the port. The ship could not depart until a Stigma Tuner finished repairing the key, so you went to the Stigma Tuner to retrieve the key.

After arriving in Inggison, you reported to Outremus, who told you that you arrived just in time. He advised you to use the Aether energy more carefully in Inggison to be on the safe side.

Full quest's text:
Do you mind going to Inggison as soon as possible?

We have an urgent matter. There's something going on with the Obelisks installed there.

I need someone to lead the scholars and the reinforcements to Inggison to investigate, and I think you're the person for the job.

As well as to assist Empyrean Lord Kaisinel...

By the way, do you know why Empyrean Lord Kaisinel himself is in Inggison?

Player: "Isn't his plan to defeat Tiamat?"

Yes, that's one reason.

But Empyrean Lord Kaisinel has another, more important, reason than the elimination of Dragon Lord Tiamat.

There are too many eyes on us here. Go see Machiah. He'll fill you in on the situation in Inggison.

Then go to ask Bellia to assemble those fit to take on this job.

As the Preceptor of Sorcerers and Spiritmasters, she will know of many talented Daevas.

Go, lead them to Inggison.

Player: "I'm on it."

Your curiosity drove you here, but why?

Did you look for information, or have you merely come to demand it?

Easy answers may taste sweet, but too many sweets will ruin your appetite for wisdom.

Player: "Eremitia sent me."

The high priest seems to really trust you.

What I'm going to tell you, you must keep to yourself. Don't speak of it to other Daevas.

You also know. What happened in Dark Poeta.

What was discovered there would throw Sanctum into chaos. It did not seem to be an immediate threat, but the effects that place might have on Elysea are uncertain.

Further investigation uncovered Dragon Lord Tiamat's involvement.

Player: "Dragon Lord Tiamat? How...?"

I see you're surprised. So were we, at first. It would have made sense if Fregion or Ereshkigal were behind it, but it never crossed my mind that Tiamat, the youngest and weakest of them, would be involved.

The Daevas of Zephyr suspect that Tiamat acquired Lady Siel's Relics. It's the only way the Dragon Lord could have gained such power.

The good news is that Tiamat hasn't entirely mastered using the relics yet, which is why Empyrean Lord Kaisinel has gone to Inggison himself to destroy Tiamat while he still can.

Yet, from what I hear, the Balaur's Aerial Aetheric Field still stands strong. Not only that, Empyrean Lord Marchutan has also arrived with an Asmodian force on the other side of Inggison.

Empyrean Lord Kaisinel will deal with Marchutan, but the issue is the Aetheric Field. It must be destroyed, quickly, otherwise we'll have no chance to stop Tiamat.

That's all for now. There must be a reason High Priest Eremitia wanted me to tell you this. Whatever it is, I hope you get it done.

Player: (End dialog.)

How may I help you?

If it's not about skill books, I mean.

Player: "Eremitia sent me."

Hmm. If you're a Master, I can get people right away. I've already assembled the Sorcerers and Spiritmasters.

But after talking to you, a thought crossed my mind.

Have you ever heard of the Aether Wave Stone?

Fused one day by Jhaelas, it really is an amazing stone. It amplifies Aether energy, making it resonate.

I believe it will help fix the Obelisk.

Go ask Jhaelas for it. I'll prepare the Daevas to set off to Inggison.

Player: "I'm on it."

Are you looking for the Aether Wave Stone?

Bellia has a remarkable memory!

I mentioned I was experimenting with Aetheric waves a while back, and she still remembers it.

Here, take it.

This is a wave stone made from Pure Aether Powder and Adamantium. It is compressed with other ingredients and amplifies Aether energy, spreading it across a wide area.

Since you need it for the battle in Inggison, I'm happy to give it to you.

Player: "Thank you for giving it to me."

By the way, do you know how to get to Inggison?

There's a battleship departing for the Aetheric Field from the port over there. You should be able to find Sibylle.

I heard the battleship was leaving soon the other day. I wonder if it already departed.

You'd better hurry.

For the glory of Sanctum!

Player: (End dialog.)

Welcome. Player, is it?

Those previously sent by Bellia have already boarded the ship.

But we can't leave yet because we're missing a key. Are you okay with that?

I asked a Stigma Tuner to fix it, but it's taking longer than I thought.

I wish I could check on how the repairs are going. I'm getting anxious.

Player: "I'll pick up the keys for you."

Oh, would you?

I'm sorry, is that okay? I didn't mean to bother you.

But you did offer, so I really appreciate you going.

You know where it is, right? Look for Clymene at the Protectors Hall.

Player: (End dialog.)

If you're looking for the battleship key, it's still being repaired.

The Stigma infused in the key has become unstable for some reason.

I suspect things work differently outside the Aetheric Field.

But, not to worry!

I've seen this type of malfunction before, in the early days of the Abyss. I can fix it pretty quickly.

Player: "How quickly?"

It's almost done.

I only need to adjust the power balance. It's a finicky thing, I can't just... Okay, I think I got it.

All right, look! It's done.

Here you go. Better hurry! That one was complicated.

Player: (End dialog.)

You're already back?

I knew asking you was a good idea.

Do you have the battleship key?

Player: "Here it is."

Finally! All aboard!

Some are afraid of leaving the Aetheric Field.

But, not to worry.

Empyrean Lord Kaisinel will protect us.

And there are many Guardians on duty, so no need to worry about the mission.

Player: (End dialog.)

We're about to take off.

Please board the ship.

Player: (End dialog.)

Player! Where have you been? People in Inggison were worried sick about you.

I'd like to hear why you didn't meet up with Agent Outremus before coming back, but you should get on the battleship now.

I'll take you back to Inggison.

Player: (End dialog.)

I guess that makes sense.

Go meet with Steropes and Nydrea when you have the time.

They are my staff operation officers in Inggison, and will explain the situation here.

Also, did you say you have an Aether Wave Stone? I'll take it to our scholars so they can research it.

I hope it is worth the trouble.
