It seems the incident with Tiamat's Sword will exacerbate the issue of Lepharist Revolutionaries near Basfelt Village.

We knew of their existence, but we didn't do much about it because we didn't have enough troops, unless they came near the village and started causing trouble.

But now that Captain Suthran has discovered that they have a hideout near the village, I don't think we can let it go.
