We have to stanch the flow of Balaur into Atreia. To do that, we need to get the Aetheric Field back up!

Our first priority, then, is restoring the observatory to full power.

You should be able to get all the Aether you need on Leibo Island. Just be careful not to fly into the Eye.

Smash those Field Suppressors and you should be able to get the Aetheric Field Maintaining Device working again.
