Hamerun is in his office. To get there, you just follow path from top of Skylift.

Find him, fight him, kill him! Then all would be over!

Player: "I'll put him to the test."

Oh! That's quite a story! So an Asmodian named Hamerun had somehow hidden an entire refinery AND plantation from us? Incredible....

Shame you couldn't kill him, but still...we should be able to flush him out before long.
