According to the rumors, you can temporarily transform into Lumiel's Apostle if you have it.

Apparently you can obtain it if you gather Lumiel's Relics containing the Empyrean Lord Lumiel's energy, which are scattered across Atreia.

Us Asmodians have also been looking for it for research purposes, but we haven't been able to gather all of Lumiel's Relics yet.

If we can get the item, we'll be able to understand a bit more about the Empyrean Lords and the power of the apostles...
