It is a mixture of Smiling Dragrint's Sap and Soul Stone Powder.

Now that we know the formula, we shouldn't waste time.

Before more Discordian Fragments spread over Gelkmaros, all Field Wardens shall eradicate Smiling Dragrint and immediately report the results to Gelkmaros Branch Member.
