I've been investigating two cases.

The first case involves a missing Kobold from the Dukaki Settlement that our Guardians have been watching. The Krall are excluded so far, so we are investigating this separately.

The other case involves the underground distribution of Odella, which is very rare in Elysea. Its traffic has recently soared.

And I recently discovered these two supposedly unrelated cases seem to point to the same direction.

Come closer. Are you listening? ...Someone is using the Kobold and the Skurv to illegally produce and distribute Odium and Odella.

Isn't that crazy? Talk about a bold move.

Someone is committing crimes on an unbelievable scale against both Elysea and Asmodae.

To produce such an amount of illegal Odium and Odella requires a fairly large production facility, but I have no leads yet.

I've ordered all the Guardians in Verteron to gather information and report back to me, but no report has been relevant to the case.

Ah, looks like I forgot this latest report. Let's see here... Zephyros noticed something very suspicious at the Cantas Coast.

I'm not sure how reliable this information is... better go check it out.

Let me cut to the chase. Not too long ago, I found something suspicious while patrolling the Cantas Coast.

Here, look. I found some Suspicious Odium.

There's so many Krall and Kobold in Verteron, it is not unusual to find Odium here.

But, take a closer look. Do you see how the traces show the process used was to extract Aether? It's not the method the Krall use. Someone much smarter than the Krall is behind this.

I searched the area, but didn't find any more clues. My mission is to protect the Aetheric Field Observatory, not to search for things.

Since you're here, could you search the Cantas Coast and its surroundings? I'm sure more Odium has been dropped by these criminals.

There must be more clues to the whereabouts of their den near the dropped Odium.

If you find anything, go ahead and follow the lead as far as you can.

By the way, a Shugo named Moorilerk appears in that area from time to time. He might know a thing or two about the Suspicious Odium.
