The document says Jotun Studio can be reached from the Lower Udas Temple.

"Go through the passage next to Shadowy Prison and then through Toxic Caverns. The Petralith Energy Source is located on a work bench inside Blocked Passage, which is at the deepest part of Jotun Studio."

You will face strong opposition from both the Dragonbound and the Jotun, I'm sure. But I know you won't let me down.
