Description:
Talk with Kutos. Ask Killios for his advice. Find Philmoni in the Garldar Village. Collect Magic Cores from Marabata Scouts and bring them to Philmoni. PlayerUse the Mysterious Orb to meet Lephar. Report what you have discovered to Killios. Order: Lephar has asked for you by name. Talk with the Lepharist messenger, Philmoni, to find out why.
Summary:
Kutos delivered a strange message given him by a Lepharist Revolutionary, Philmoni. It was from Lephar, who wants to speak to you personally.

Philmoni sent you to meet Lephar using the Orb of Passage, but once there, you discovered something truly remarkable: Lephar is the Empyrean Lord Israphel, long thought dead.

Israphel convinced you that Atreia would fall to Tiamat if the Dragon Lord was allowed to keep control of Siel's Relics. You immediately left for Killios. Shocked as he was, he agreed that Siel's Relics should not remain in Tiamat's possession.

Full quest's text:
Ah, Player. I have a message for you. It is... quite strange.

A member of the Lepharist Revolutionaries just strolled into headquarters yesterday, bold as anything, claiming he carried a message for the Elyos. He would say only this: "Lephar wishes to speak to Player in person." Yes, he used your name and everything.

I assume that he is mistaken. An honorable warrior like you would never have anything to do with the Lepharists... would you? Anyway, he left his name, Philmoni, and said he would be waiting for you in Garldar Village. Do with that information what you will. Perhaps you should ask someone trusted for advice first...?

Player: "Like you say, he must be mistaken."

What? Lephar asked for you by name?

Why would he want to speak to you personally? You haven't had dealings with the Lepharists before, have you?

Player: "Only by killing them."

Well, I can't imagine why he would ask to speak to you, of all people.

I had no idea he was even in Sarpan. I wonder... does he move against Tiamat as well? If he is, then our enemy's enemy could be our friend. It is worth hearing what he has to say.

Or... it could also be a trap. Look into it, Player, but do not let your guard down for a moment.

Player: "Right. Faith and arms."

You are Player? Ah, Lephar awaits you most anxiously.

No, he is not here, but he left this Mysterious Orb so that you might reach him. Unfortunately, the Marabata Scouts stole the Orb's energy source, the Magic Cores, while I slept last night.

They can't have gone far, but I cannot operate the Orb without power.

Player: "Well, I guess I'll go get them, then."

Did you find the Magic Cores, Player?

Player: "Here. This had better be worth it."

Just one moment while the Orb activates. Ah... yes, here it goes.

Simply touch the Orb of Passage and it will take you to Lephar. I assure you, it won't hurt one bit.

Player: "That doesn't sound suspicious at all."

Yes. I, Israphel, am hidden beneath the guise of Lephar. Just as something greater is hidden inside you, Player.

No, there is no time for questions, Daeva. Time runs very short. You must carry a message to your fellows. It is of utmost importance, and must be taken immediately.

You have tasted Tiamat's power, like ash in your mouth. But that power is not the Dragon Lord's own entirely.

Player: "Then whose is it?"

Tiamat carries Lady Siel's Relics. They are more than a weapon... they convey the blessing of the Lady herself.

She is the balance on which Atreia pivots. With her blessing, Tiamat cannot be defeated. You must wrest those relics away from Tiamat, whatever it takes. Your task is to convince your leaders to act. There is no time to waste.

Hurry, Daeva. Your fate depends on this.

Player: "I will bear the message, Israphel."

What? Lephar is Empyrean Lord Israphel? No, no... you must have been deceived!

I cannot believe... If Lephar is lying, then he is an ambitious liar, that is for certain. But... if it's true, it does explain many of his actions. And it explains Tiamat's unprecedented power. Hmm... I do believe he spoke the truth about Siel's Relics. That makes sense. Yes, we must act on that immediately.

But... truly, you spoke with Lord Israphel? Amazing... this will throw Sanctum into complete turmoil...
