Summary:
Hisui said that you should learn the Balaur language in order to carry out missions in Abyss. She said that, to learn the Balaur language, you need to catch a Balaur alive. So you caught a Draconute Assaulter with the help of Sinjah in Krakon's Dispute.

Sinjah told you that she would bring the Draconute Assaulter to the fortress, and told you to go to Grunn and learn the Balaur language from him. But Grunn said that he had sent the Balaur to Kaoranerk, a Shugo inventor, as he invented a teaching machine that enables people learn the Balaur language very easily.

When you went to Kaoranerk, he said that you need to receive an important item from Phosphor at the Temple of Knowledge in Pandaemonium and bring it to him in order to learn the Balaur language easily.

When you took the Blue Language Crystal that Phosphor gave you to Kaoranerk, he operated the machine and helped you learn the Balaur language.

As you learned the Balaur language and came back to Hisui, she said that she would surely give important missions to you in the future.

Full quest's text:
Learning the Balaur language will behoove you during your time in Reshanta. It's important to know your enemy, especially if they think you cannot understand them.

Player: "I'm not above a little trickery."

Their language is not learned quickly, but there are many people who may be able to help you. The easiest way to start a working knowledge is to capture a Balaur.

Using a captured specimen, we can decipher its speach and work backwards.

First, go to the Krakon's Dispute and meet Sinjah. She's known for her tracking ability and would be your best chance at capturing a Balaur.

Player: "Sounds good."

What business do you have with me?

As long as it doesn't interfere with my job, I'll see what I can do.

Player: "About capturing a live Balaur..."

You see that pillar? That is a good place to start.

Go there and choose a Ashikar Assaulter to capture.

You can capture it alive if you attack it and lower his HP to less than 1/3 of the full HP. Then bring it to me and I'll subdue it.

Player: "What could go wrong?"

Greetings.

I heard that you are trying to learn the Balaur language, right?

There may be an easier way than capturing a Balaur.

Player: "Glad this wasn't brought up earlier."

In this fortress, there is a Shugo inventor called Kaoranerk.

I've heard he has an invention that enables people learn languages faster.

Go to Kaoranerk. If you go straight along the fortress wall, you will be able to see him.

Player: "On my way."

Welcome, nyerk nyerk.

Are you the Daeva who came to learn the Balaur language? Welcome, welcome.

You Daeva are really lucky. You can learn the Balaur language really easily, nyerk.

Player: "Get on with it."

I don't have the materials needing to run the machine.

It's in the hands of Phosphor at the Temple of Knowledge in Pandaemonium.

You go to the Temple of Knowledge and get it for me, Daeva? Kaoranerk will send you there, nyerk nyerk.

Player: "It's always something with a Shugo."

Welcome Daeva. How can I help you?

Give your answer quietly and be considerate of those around you.

Player: "A shugo sent me to do his work."

Ah, you came for the Language Crystal. I would love a chance to test it.

Hmm, let's see...found it! Here, take this to Kaoranerk.

I'm not sure if it works, but good luck. I'll help you return to Kaoranerk.

Player: "Thank you."

You came back, Daeva!

Have you been to Phosphor?

Give give give give give, nyerk.

Player: "Calm down. Take it."

Fantastic, it works!

I mean... of course it works. Kaoranerk made it, nyerk nyerk.

Now you learned it all. So get going, nyerk.

Player: "That was fast."

So, Kaoranerk's machine worked?

This makes training other Daevas far easier than ever before.

This knowledge opens new doors. I think I may have a job for you.
