Do you know a Daeva of Fishing named Lif?

She's known to be the best of the best, always bragging that she has caught even the rarest fish in the world.

Player: "That doesn't seem eccentric."

Well, Lif claims to have caught Lasayo Fish, which are known to lay eggs only once every hundred years! And even Daevic Fish, whose progenitor was a Daeva who had been transformed into a fish by divine punishment.

But, she says the only fish she's failed to catch is...Gadill! Does that make any sense to you at all?

Player: "Well, Gadill can be tricky, I guess."

Ha! Have you ever fished at all?! Gadill is one of the most common fish around!

It just seems so weird that a Daeva of Fishing, who claims to have caught all the rarest fish in the world, has failed to catch even a single Gadill!

But I do feel sorry for her too. It'd be nice if we could give her some hope. Oh, I know! Why don't you catch some Gadill and take them to Lif? Show her it's not impossible.

Player: Accept.

I think if you catch five Gadill and take them to Lif, that should be enough.

Gadill is plentiful in this river, so you don't need to go far.

Take her the Gadill, and maybe you can help break this "Gadill curse" she's fishing under.

Player: "That sounds like a great idea."

Arg! I've caught many rare fish today, as usual.

And, as usual, I've caught all kinds of fish but Gadill!

Isn't that strange? I even caught a fish today that's been extinct in Asmodae for hundreds of years!

Player: "Wow, that's an amazing achievement!"

I suppose, but it seems so meaningless to me.

I have no idea what plans the Shedim Lords have for me, but this Gadill obsession is going to drive me to the Abyss!

Everyone says it's quite abundant!

Player: "It's true. Look what I've brought."

Ooh, what do you have there? Is that...? It's Gadill!

Ah, Favyr sent you to encourage me, didn't he? He does that sometimes. It's sort of a joke, I think, but he's well-meaning.

It does help to know that the Gadill can actually be caught.
