I've asked around and heard of something called a Power Shard. It's used to improve weapons.

So we need Bright Soul Pieces from the Spirits and Obscuras in Alukina's Palace. With those, we could make our own Power Shards.

There's a problem, though. Humans can't get into Alukina's Palace. A Daeva, on the other hand...
