It's not going to be easy, but you'll have to get inside the Alquimia Stronghold.

Okay, then--take Laksyatil's antidote.

When you get to Alquimia Stronghold, look for dining tables under tents--that's their barracks. You'll see some wooden Drinking Water Buckets. Pour the antidote into those.
