The key must be fused together from four elements, and so I will use the same materials I used to summon the local spirits.

As you may recall, you can obtain Opaque Bladders by defeating Thorny Cellatus and Young Cellatus, and Oozing Klaw Glands by defeating the Klaws at Twilight Drana Farm.

No doubt you also remember that the Krall at Vorgaltem Battlefield have the Pteron Bone Pieces I need, and the Ancient Acheron Drakes will provide the Tattered Membranes.

I cannot imagine what Flarestorm is going through. The thought of burning trash for the Balaur...I almost feel as if I am trapped within that incincerator as well.

I can appreciate that you are busy, Player. But please remember that Flarestorm has been imprisoned since before the Cataclysm. Thousands of individual Fire Spirits, contaminated for centuries.... We must free them all, as soon as we can.

Please, bring me Opaque Bladders, Oozing Klaw Glands, Pteron Bone Pieces, and Tattered Membranes so that I can create a key to the Blue Flame Incinerator for you.
