All Fortuneers are advised to read the following proclamation.

2. Charge: Attempted Murder by Poisoning

3. Details of Crime: Venomiki was observed by witnesses attempting to pour poison into the water supply. He fled the scene of the crime at sun's fall and has not been seen since. Last known whereabouts: Rokoros Village.

Anyone who apprehends or assassinates Venomiki will receive a substantial reward.

I suppose we should consider ourselves lucky that Venomiki didn't succeed in his plan. We all get our water from that waterfall.

You know, Fortuneer, I just don't understand this grudge the Shulacks have against the Elyos. Poisoning our water supply? That's monstrous. But I suspect the Balaur or Asmodians put him up to it. No Shulack is quite that wicked.
