Well, they've been looking for someone to lead our troops to Inggison in Balaurea, so this probably has something to do with that. Since they specifically asked for you, I guess the Cloister of Kaisinel has been keeping an eye on you.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. I doubt it's bad news, or anything. You should head over and see what they want! Use the teleport statue on the left of the Exalted Path. It will take you to the temple of the Empyrean Lord Kaisinel.

You must be the one from Sanctum. I've heard a lot about you. You were always at the front lines whenever Elysea faced a dire threat, were you not?

We need you in Inggison, Daeva. There is a problem with the Obelisk installed there, and I hear the situation is critical.

I need to dispatch reinforcements to Inggison, including a group of scholars to repair the Obelisk, and I want you to lead them.

Danger lurks in every corner of Inggison. Ever since the death of the Fifth Dragon Lord Tiamat, it's felt like the calm before the storm.

Empyrean Lord Kaisinel has also left for Balaurea, and does not intend to return for the time being.

Do you know how to get to Inggison?

The troops and scholars are already aboard the battleship. At the Sanctum Port, you will see a battleship heading out beyond the Aetheric Field. Look for Sibylle, and she'll tell you what to do.

Don't forget to take this Aether Wave Stone with you. You will find it helpful in Inggison!

The High Priest told me to wait for you. Everyone else heading to Inggison has already boarded the battleship. The Obelisks and repair equipment bound for the Inggison Illusion Fortress are loaded, too.

You look a little tense, Player. Are you nervous?

Player: "Only a fool wouldn't be."

Hah, that's true. More than a few people show fear when they hear we're heading out beyond the Aetheric field.

Don't worry. Empyrean Lord Kaisinel will protect us, and there are many Guardians carrying out missions out there. I'm sure you'll make an impact in Inggison, just like you've done in Elysea.

Player: "It's hard to say."

Yes, I suppose you wouldn't know yet.

You may have already realized Eremitia did not send you here merely as a guide for the Daevas. Balaurea is a veritable battlefield right now.

Under the guidance of Empyrean Lord Kaisinel, we've been able to drive the Balaur in Inggison to the region of Angrief, but we've been stalled there for a while. Since the death of Dragon Lord Tiamat, the Balaur have been putting up a fierce resistance.

We need someone who can help us break through the situation in Inggison. I trust High Priest Eremitia's judgement, and I'll trust you too. Since even Veille has approved of you, there is no doubt that you're the one for this task.

Is this your first time in Inggison?

I hear that you also fought tirelessly against a raiding Dredgion when you arrived at the Inggison Illusion Fortress?

I've heard of your numerous exploits in Elysea and I have high hopes for you here as well, Player. Allow me to brief you on the situation in Inggison.

Player: "Please."

Inggison Fortress is the first bastion we established in Balaurea. We're currently at a stand-off due with the Balaur, but it won't be long before we overpower them and advance into Gelkmaros, where the Asmodians are entrenched.

But if we want to have any hope of defeating the Balaur, we need to improve Inggison's Aether-scarce environment. Player, you must be curious about what you'll be doing, right?

Versetti will tell you more about exactly what we need from you. Faith and arms!

Your [%mainslotitem] tells me you have an eye for weapons. All right, let's see how you do with a task then!

First, you should know what we, the Wisplight Legion, do. I will explain just once. Listen carefully.

Player, do you know how the Inggison Illusion Fortress was built?

Player: "Not exactly, no."

It usually takes several months or even years to build a fortress of that size, but our legion built it in a day. This is the glorious power our Empyrean Lord Kaisinel bestowed on us, the Wisplight Legion. It is also why we are here.

We have 3 major roles. First, we maintain the illusion of the Inggison Illusion Fortress. Second, we disturb our enemies with the magic of chaos and fear. Third, we spread Aether.

And speaking of Aether, I will give you a task related to Obelisks.

Player: "Ah... okay. Can you tell me about the Obelisks?"

You're the one who brought the Aether Wave Stone, correct? The scholars rejoiced when they heard.

Let me remind you again that Inggison has very little Aether, so Daevas are unable to use most of their skills here. So we've driven fragments of the Aion Tower in the center of the Illusion Fortress to generate Aether, and use the Obelisks to spread Aether throughout Inggison.

We have an Obelisk that requires repair. We also need to raise a new Obelisk, which I want you to take care of. It's near the fortress, so it shouldn't pose too much of a problem for you. Replace the Aether Wave Stone of the broken Obelisk with the new one you brought. For the new Obelisk, the supports are already installed and you only need to place the Obelisk on top of it.

Player: "Doesn't sound too hard."

The Overheated Obelisk is in the southern part of the forest. After you repair it, install the new Obelisk at Southern Obelisk Support in Phanoe Valley.

We already installed the supports, but we haven't been able to get close since the Balaur from the nearby Drana farm started appearing in the area. All the basic work has been done, so you just need to fix this in place.

After you've completed installing the Obelisk, get rid of the Hikiron Farm Balaur and the Armored Spaller before you return. There is a small Drana farm to the south of the fortress and the ones from there have been damaging Obelisks near the fortress.

Player: 'Understood."

Obelisks play an important role in Balaurea, but there are many other things to do in Inggison. You can encounter the Balaur in just about everywhere here. You'll find them quite different from the ones you've seen within the Aetheric Field.

Do keep that in mind, and always be careful.
