Though Isson has been sent back into the flow of Aether, I don't think his soul will rest easily. He must have been very angry to try and destroy the village he once worked hard to protect.

Isson's real grudge was with me. We were so close once. But I was the one who locked him in the warehouse. No wonder he felt betrayed. I only wanted to protect him until the villagers could look past their grief. But he never knew that.

Player: "You must feel horrible."

In fact, until recently, most thought that Isson was dead.

After his escape, his torn and bloody clothes were found in the desert not far from the village. Everyone assumed that he was eaten by gryphus.

Some of us who grieved for Isson collected his clothes and other belongings, and marked a small grave for him.

Player: "Such a sad tale."

I'd like to take flowers to his grave. But just any flower won't do.

Would you collect some Ruko Fiber and bring it to me?

Player: Accept.

Isson used to bring me Ruko Fiber when he'd visit Verteron. The blooms look like small balls of fluff.

Only lately did I learn that the flower means, "Please understand me." I wish he had understood me.

Ruko Fiber blooms in Northern Tolbas Forest, Southern Tolbas Forest, and Altamia Ridge in Verteron. It won't be difficult to find but it is rather far away.

Player: "I'll find the flowers for you."

Did you bring five pieces of Ruko Fiber?

Flowers cannot possibly say how sorry I am but perhaps they'll let Isson and me both rest easily.

Player: "The flowers are lovely. I'm sure he'd like them."

It's the first time I've seen Ruko since Isson left. Just look at how cheerful the fluffy white blooms are!

Please wait a moment. I'll arrange it into a bouquet.

Player: "Very pretty."

I made a bouquet...but I don't dare visit Isson's Grave myself.

Would you take this bouquet to Isson's Grave on my behalf, Player?

Perhaps Isson will relinquish his grudge and find peace in the Aether.

Player: "I'll tell him that the flowers are from you."

Did you travel to Verteron and find the Ruko Fiber?

I wish I could ask Isson for his forgiveness.

Player: "I'll do my best."

(There is a tombstone in front of the grave.)

"Isson, protector of Agairon Village, may he rest in peace and light."

Player: "Isson, Aerope sends her love. Please forgive her."

(The flowers are now thoughtfully displayed at the foot of the tombstone.)

Player: "Please understand me as well, Isson."

Isson and I did many good deeds together, we worked hard for good of the village. If only we could be together still. It's terrifying how one unfortunate accident can destroy so many lives. Such a waste!

Player: "I placed the flowers on his grave."

Thank you. That's a great relief. Perhaps now he'll rest peacefully. I will remember Isson for the rest of my life.
