Talk with Jalturan near Cet Siege Territory. Report back to Xeikun. Orders: Xeikun is looking for you. Go see Xeikun.
Summary:
Xeikun said the sealed power that Beritra is looking for must be identified and asked you to interrogate the Beritra Army.

You haven't picked up any information from the Beritra Army and returned. Then, Xeikun said the patterns of the Aetheric Field Guards look similar to those of the Balaur and asked you to interrogate the Vengeful Aetheric Field Guards.

When you defeated Cursed Gilgamesh among the Aetheric Field Guards, the soul of Gilgamesh that was released free from the curse showed up.

When you asked Gilgamesh about the sealed power, he said it was something that even terrified Tiamat.

Gilgamesh said he has no time left and told you to meet an Argwud. So you met Argwud Elder Jalturan and asked him about the sealed power. He told you about his tribe's old legend and the being that was defeated by the huge power had been sealed here.

You returned to Xeikun and told him about the existence of the huge power that even the Dragon Lord feared, he said he's worried about it.

Full quest's text:
There is a ton of things left for us to find out about Enshar.

Not a thing is unimportant once you get to consider it one by one.

Above all, however, our top priority must be to find out what the power that Tiamat tried to hide in Enshar was.

I would also like to know what the power really is.

What in the world did Tiamat try to seal it?

Player: Continue listening.

Maybe Beritra has already found out everything there is to know about that power.

It's choking me to even think so. Anyway, I refuse to believe some unidentified truth.

First off, we'd better examine the Beritra Army near here.

Attack The Beritra Defense Unit in The Beritra Defense Line and see if there is any piece of information about the power that Tiamat tried to hide.

Player: End dialog.

Given the look of your face, I'm sure you didn't obtain anything special from the Beritra Army, Player.

Same here. We haven't obtained any special information yet.

I think we might have been missing something.

Player: Continue listening.

Our Expedition has been examining the existence of the Aetheric Field Protectors and we only found out that one of Tiamat's soldiers is that protector.

I must say, though, their patterns look familiar to me.

It looks as if I saw something like that somewhere in Balaurea before.

Actually, there is something I find suspicious but I didn't tell because I'm not a scholar.

Player: Tell him to say anything.

Tiamat was the most infamous even among the Balaur Lords.

He betrayed the Dragon Lord he served. Not only that, but he assassinated him to take his throne. That made quite a few Balaurs revolt against him.

That's how I remember the Balaur.

And I suspect that Vengeful Aetheric Guard Dominator in Wretched Plot near here might be that Drakan who revolted against Tiamat.

If what I think is correct, their shout of cry must be the anger towards Tiamat.

Just like that they did in the Tiamat Stronghold, they might help us because they hate Tiamat.

Player: End dialog.

I... am Gilgamesh, the one who stood against Tiamat the traitor...

I never thought... that I could ever be freed from this curse...

The one who broke this curse...Who are you?

Player: Tell him who you are.

A Daeva? You have wings, but you look different from those I remember.

Tiamat. Where's Tiamat gone?

You, Tiamat who locked the being that you were terrified of. Where are you?

How dare you used us to protect the being that you fear...

You would never be able to keep the Dragon Lord's throne when you cast this horrible curse on us.

Player: Tell him that Tiamat is dead.

Is Tiamat dead?

So the prophecy that the evil traitor never lasts has been realized.

Tiamat would imprison the revolting Balaur here and put a curse on them...

Everyone who was cursed... turned into something like me.

Player: Ask what's hidden by Tiamat here.

The sealed being!

Traitor Tiamat didn't want other Balaurs know about his fear so he never spoke a word about it.

But there was a battle of enormous power... A long, long time ago.

Tiamat was fearful of it.

...Daeva, I think my time ends here.

But... A tribe near where you were might have more time.

Player: End dialog.

Nice to meet you!

We are the guardians of the Divine Fire.

I was told you helped our tribesmen so we're here to help.

I heard you are looking for something. What is it?

Player: Ask about the power sealed in this land.

I see. I must start out by saying that none of us here has ever seen the thing you're asking in person.

What I know of is that it's only a legend that existed in our tribe.

I heard the battle occurred among the enormous powers a long time ago.

A fight between the Mighty Fire and the Mighty Ice.

That fight ended in favor of the Fire, which entitled it to control this land.

Since then, we've been serving the Divine Fire.

Player: Ask about the Aetheric Field Protectors.

It is said they are under the curse of the earth.

The being that created by the one who feared of huge powers...

It seems life or death holds no difference for them. That’s all I know.

If water keeps running out like this, I doubt if our tribesmen can survive in the end.

Player: End dialog.

Ancient beings, eh?

I'm not sure if Argwuds' legend that their fight originated from here is true, but there is one clear commonality here.

That Tiamat was scared of the sealed ancient being.

I'm also scared of what we might stumble upon on the way, but, the Empyrean Lords are with us. We should muster up our courage.

Thank you.
