Summary:
The Agent asked you to assist the sage, who lost all his strength and abilities due the ordeal he underwent to come to Norsvold from the Tower of Eternity.

Wejabobo, the Sage of the Tower, wished to learn about the situation in Norsvold first, but needed help because he had difficulty traveling outside the Tower.

You assisted Wejabobo with the investigation of Aether pieces scattered across Norsvold, and found out about the effects of the pieces on Norsvold.

When you reported your findings to the Agent, he said that the Aether pieces must be from the Tower of Eternity and was delighted that the knowledge could be used to raise the Aetheric Field.

Full quest's text:
So you've made your way to me? Good. Thanks to your previous efforts, we were able to find the Sage. Hopefully, this brings us one step closer to restoring the Aetheric field.

Unfortunately, the Sage exhausted his strength trying to free himself from the Tower of Eternity Rift.

He's lost most of his abilities from the shock of traveling through unstable rifts. The ordeal took a heavy toll on his body as well.

Player: "I can only imagine."

We don’t have time to wait for his recovery. Instead, you will act under his guidance to restore the Norsvold Aetheric field.

You'll find him in the Room of the Sage inside the Tower of Eternity. First, enter the Tower of Eternity through a fragment.

Then, see Barota, the corridor maintenance soldier. He will explain what to do next.

Player: "I'm on my way."

The Tower of Eternity is made up of infinite space.

This place we’re standing on is also inside the Tower of Eternity, but this isn’t the only one.

Countless other spaces exist within the Tower of Eternity, and I think Wejabobo has come from one of these such spaces.

Player: "So how do I find him?"

It’s a little place called the Room of the Sage. The Archon's Shadow Legion has constructed a passageway.

When you're ready, enter the passageway to Room of the Sage and see Wejabobo.

I wish you luck, then.

Player: "None needed."

Bo! Bobo, bobo bo!

Boho bo... hibobo bo!

(Wejabobo tries to tell you something with a flurry of gestures.)

(It seems he has lost the ability to speak.)

Player: “What?”

(Shaking his head) Bo... bopitbo!

Bo? Bobaba bo bohit! Bobo, bobabo pitpit bobo.

(He continues to repeat same gestures to express something.)

(He is resorting to body movements as he is unable to speak.)

Player: "Right...."

Bobo, hib! Hibo, bohabo.

Bo bobo bohit bo! Bobo bobaba bohabo ba!

(He continues to flail his arms and points to outside.)

(He then opens his hand, places it on his forehead and looks around left and right.)

Player: “Your eyes are cold because the draft is too strong?”

(Pacing around the room angrily) Bopitbo!

Bobo! Bababa! Bobabo!

(He points at his ear and hits it with his fist.)

(It seems that he wants you to listen more carefully.)

Player: "Sure... sure."

Bobo, bababa...

(He shrugs his shoulders and shakes his head left and right) Abobo...

Bobo Bohit? Bobo Bohabo ba!

(He points at his ear and hits it with his fist.)

(You're clearly not understanding him.)

Player: "Right."

Bobo, boiboboba!

Bo? Bobo bodabo.

(He nods vigorously and claps his hands.)

(He seems disappointed in your ability to listen.)

Player: "I'm trying."

(His shoulders droop, looking weary) Bo... bohibo.

Boboba boba.

Boing bobobo bobababobo ba.

(He walks towards you and clasp your hands.)

Player: “You want me to take you with me since you’re tired?”

(Shaking his head without a word) Bo...

(You don’t know why, but you get a feeling that he thinks you’re a fool.)

Player: "Let's try this again."

(He shakes his head, looking appalled) Bobo... babo.

(Did he just swear at you?)

Player: "Once more?"

(Nodding vigorously and clapping)

Bobo! Boiboboba!

Bo? Bobo bodabo.

(Then he points to his ear again, as if telling you to listen to him carefully.)

Player: "Okay."

(He points to outside, breathing heavily) Bobo. Hubobo.

Bobibobo bohibo bobabobo bobibit.

(He puts his hands together and places them under his ear, tilting his head.)

(He looks around, tilts his head, then yawns.)

Player: “Wait, what? That wasn’t a dream?”

(He shakes his head, and taps your shoulders) Bobobo...

(He seems to be pitying you for some reason.)

Player: "Run it by me again."

(He shakes his head, looking appalled and sighing) Baboho.

(You begin to feel insulted, as if he swore at you.)

Player: "Once more."

(Nodding vigorously and clapping) Bobo!

Boi boboba!

Bo? Bobo bodabo.

(He then draws a large circle, as if he telling you to connect the dots.)

(It seems he wants to go out of the Tower of Eternity together with you to investigate Norsvold. But as he’s weak, he wants you to wake him only when necessary.)

Player: "I think I've got it."

(Nodding and grabbing your hands) Bobo! Sabobo!

Bohibobo bobabo bobot.

(Then he lowers his head, as if he has fallen asleep.)

(It’s probably best if you go ahead to Norsvold and then talk to Awakened Wejabobo again.)

Player: "Right then."

(His shoulders droop, rubbing his eyes) Bobo, bobababa...

Habo... habo... habababa.

(He straightens his body, wiggles his ears and smells the air.)

(He seems to be feeling the flow of energy in Norsvold.)

Player: "Go ahead, I'll wait."

(He tilts his head, and points towards east) ... Bobo?

Bo oh bobohit bobo bobabobo.

(He seems to indicate that he feels strange vibes from that direction.)

(Wejabobo’s finger is pointing towards the floating islands of the Plateau of Aetheric Gales.)

(It would be a good idea to check it out.)

Player: "Let's check it out."

Bobo? Bohit boboba!

Bohot bobo bohobo. Bobabat?

(It seems like he is asking if there was any suspicious incident.)

Player: “The piece caused Kimerians to change in shape.”

(Nodding) Baruhobo...

Bo bopippo bobopibo boboba.

(He seems to be saying that the Aether piece affected its surroundings to cause creatures to mutate, but you aren’t sure if you understood him right.)

(It would be prudent to pretend that you understood and move on to the next task.)

Player: "Yes, of course."

(He shakes his head suspiciously, then concentrates again) Bobo...

Bo oh bobohit bobo bobabobo.

(He tilts his head and points towards west.)

(He seems to indicate that he feels mysterious vibes from that direction.)

(Wejabobo’s finger is pointing towards the region of Nightbloom Forest.)

(It would be a good idea to check it out.)

Player: "Let's see what's going on there."

Bobo? Bohit boboba!

Bohot bobo bohobo. Bobabat?

(He seems to be asking about the investigation of the Suspicious Aether Fragment in the forest.)

(It sounds like he is asking about things that happened there.)

Player: “It caused the formation of clouds.”

(Nodding) Baruhobo...

Bo bopippo bobopibo boboba.

(He seems to be saying that the Aether piece affected its surroundings to create clouds that can hide you.)

(It would be prudent to pretend that you understood and move on to the next task.)

Player: "Let's move on."

Bobo...?

(He roars, demanding your attention) Bobabobo!

Bo oh bobohit bobo bobabobo!

(He starts to concentrate again, tilts his head and points towards west.)

(He seems to indicate that he feels peculiar vibes from that direction.)

(Wejabobo’s finger is pointing towards the region of Aetherspring Lake.)

(It would be a good idea to check it out.)

Player: "Alright, let's go."

Bobo? Bohit boboba!

Bohot bobo bohobo. Bobabat?

(He seems to be asking about the next piece.)

(It sounds like he is asking about things that happened there.)

Player: “The piece caused geysers to form.”

(Nodding) Baruhobo...

Bo bopippo bobopibo boboba.

(He seems to be saying that the Aether piece affected its surroundings to form geysers with unique efficacy.)

(It would be prudent to pretend that you understood and move on to the next task.)

Player: "Makes sense."

(Hangs his head low, sighing and looking very weary) Pibobo...

Bobo pibobo bohitbobo bohebo.

(You had better turn back, since further investigation would be pushing it.)

(Return to Azphel's Sanctuary and report your findings so far to Agent Peregrine.)

Player: "Let's go."

According to your report, most of the Aether pieces discovered in Norsvold are fragments that fell from the Tower of Eternity during the Epic Cataclysm, right?

Aether created by those small pieces have been mutating creatures that live in Norsvold, creating fascinating clouds and forming geysers.

If we can make use of that knowledge to reshape and utilize the tower fragment, we might be able to accomplish a lot of things. Like raising an Aetheric Field that can protect Norsvold!

Thank you so much! Thanks to you and the sage, we finally have a sliver of hope.
