Full quest's text:
You must be Player. I saw you fighting earlier.... You pack quite a punch mate! It's good to see someone who knows that swingin' a blade around and screamin' like a loon will only get you so far.

I like your style. Speed, poise, balance, precision, and flair: all the hallmarks of an able Warrior. I'll be keepin' an eye on you.

Player: "Appreciate it."

Haha! At this rate I'll be learning from you soon, Player. For now though, feel free to ask if you need any pointers.
Good to see you, Player.

I'm Wiokan, the Scout Trainer here in Aldelle Village. There aren't many of us, but we're always useful in a scrap--just ask Ulgorn. Unfortunately, there are some who don't appreciate the work we do--like that Tobu. I once heard him say Scouts are just Warriors with good eyesight! Can you believe it?

Honestly, if he weren't second in command, I'd go prove him wrong!

Player: "I want to learn a new skill."

Oh, gotcha.

My advice is to head for the hills then, Player. You'll acquire your skills through dedicated training and practice on the beasts and burdens the world will put in your way.
I've been waiting for you, Player.

Don't look so surprised. You've been making quite a name for yourself, and I figured it was just a matter of time until you needed to pick up some new skills.

Player: "Well, here I am."

Strange...you seem to attract Aether like no other. I wonder... Well, I'm sure you want to get on with your training.

As I was saying, you will require skills as you progress. Fortunately, Aion's divine presence goes with you. You will find all you need to know as you journey your path. Do feel free to visit your preceptors, though. They have wisdom beyond technique to offer.
All right, raider.

I'm Kirhen. You're Player, aren't you?

Player: "You were right."

Don't worry, I'm not psychic. The boss sent word you were comin'.

Quick point I want to make clear regardin' acquiring new skills. I could give them to you easy, like you might read in a book, but you won't learn nothin' that way. Get out there and heal some poor wretch and make some Mau bleed. That's the best way to learn!
Ahh, the new technist in town. I've heard about you. Player, right?

I'd love to catch you up on the history of firearms technology, if you have a few moments...

Player: "Actually, I just need to learn a new skill."

Aww, that's too bad.

There's nothing for it then. Get out there and learn something. I'm sure a strapping one like you will do just fine out there in the wild. Come back if you want to chat about the tech, though.
Was that your harp I heard a little while ago? You're very good, technically speaking, but you need to put more of yourself into it if you want to go beyond "good" to "great."

But these things only come with practice.

Player: "Practice?"

Yes! I mean, I could give you a book, but reading about playing your instrument is poor substitute for actually playing it.

No, what I think would help you the most, Player, is to go out into the world and have more life experiences. Pour them, good and bad, into your art. Only then will you approach greatness.
