Kurngalfberg is infested with ghosts, the sad remnants of a bustling city. Unfortunately, they're interfering with our work here.

We've learned, through hard experience, that the ghosts are particularly vulnerable to fire.

Naturally, we began stockpiling scrolls of fire magic to help combat the haunts.

Player: "A brilliant idea."

I'm not too familiar with Beluslan, so I don't know where else these scrolls might be useful.

My suspicion is that the fortress staff would know where best to use them.

I would like you to deliver this bundle of scrolls to the fortress, Player.

Player: Accept.

Head to Beluslan Fortress and deliver this bundle to Centurion Hod.

Tell him these scrolls contain fire magic, and he should distribute them as he deems fit.

And don't forget to tell him they're scorchingly good against the undead.

Player: "The task is mine."

Ah! Magic scrolls! That's almost as good as cake.

I think Sleipnir in The Whispering Forest might find them useful. The undead are legion there.

We should probably give a few scrolls to the refugees. That'd help them a lot.

Player: "I suspect you're right."

There are so many refugees but only three Archons. It's soooo much work.

These refugees don't make it easy. It's not like they're proper warriors.

I've had to stoop to asking the filthy Shugos for help.

Player: "These should help you avoid that shame."

So anyone can cast fire magic by using these scrolls? Fantastic news for these helpless fools.

I'll distribute one each to every villager for emergencies. I hope they don't point them at their children.
