I have a wonderful profession--studying the ways of the Mau, presenting papers about the Mau, writing books about the Mau....

The Mau are my life's work but, more than that, they're like friends to me. Like family.

And their very way of life is in danger. I want to do something to help.

The Mau use Mamut Bones for building and smaller pieces for crafting jewelry and other items. Lately, they haven't been able to get any because of the constant Balaur threat.

I was hoping to bring them some myself, but I'm far less capable of braving local beasts than they are! Will you help?

Player: Accept.

There are a lot of Mamut Bones in the Mamut Graveyard to the southwest of the village--hundreds and hundreds of them.

Will you gather some up for me, Player?

I have to warn you, the area is swarming with Snowy Mamuts. And after dark, Mamut Souls are said to wander about. Be careful!

Player: "I will be."

You know, I'm more fascinated with the Mau the longer I live among them.

Some say it's affecting my scientific detachment, but I don't think I really care.

Have you been to the Mamut Graveyard to gather Mamut Bones?

Player: "I have them here."

Most of the Mamut Bones can be found just southwest of the village in the Mamut Graveyard.

Player: "I'll bring them, never fear."
