Summary:
Commander Lavirintos gave you an assignment to find eight Miragent Holy Templars hiding in different places in Elysea.

You found Nianalo, Navid, Pavel, Pendaon, Poevius, Belicanon, Mahelnu, and Pater, received the signatures of all of them, and then took the ritual of affirmation with High Priest Jucleas.

When you returned, Lavirintos gave you another part of the Miragent's Holy Templar uniform.

Full quest's text:
Player, what qualities do you think a person must have to become a Miragent's Holy Templar?

Excellent combat skills? A cool demeanor in a crisis? Brilliant tactics?

Yes, all are essential. But fighting without a clear sense of the battlefield is like fighting in the dark.

Player: "Intelligence...spies and such?"

Exactly. Everyone thinks we spend most of our time here in Sanctum, but threats to Elysea usually emerge from remote areas.

That's why we have informants everywhere. If something happens on the fringes of Elysea, we know about it.

This next test will challenge your pathfinding abilities and show you the extent of our intelligence network. Ready?

Player: Accept.

There are eight Holy Templars working in different places in Elysea. Find them and receive their signatures. I need proof that you met them.

This list has each agent's name and region of responsibility. Some are hidden--you'll need to keep a sharp eye out.

On your way back, see High Priest Jucleas, give him the Oath Stone, and take the ritual of affirmation. That blesses your endeavor and ensures you're striving fairly, challenger.

Player: "Miragent shines!"

I've been waiting for you, Player. I've seen you looking around.

Sometimes a secluded place like this is perfect for spotting suspicious activity.

Look over there. You can see clearly everyone going into and out of Sanctum.

Player: "Will you sign this?"

One warning: Don't show this list to others.

If it falls into the hands of those hostile to Sanctum, other Miragents could be endangered.

I hope you complete the mission, challenger.

Player: "Faith and arms!"

You're from Poeta, so I'm not surprised you tracked me down.

Feel good to be back? Oh, wait...that's right. You're the Daeva whose memory disappeared.

This might not be your home after all. Sorry if that's a sore subject.

Player: "It's fine. Can you sign this?"

All you have to do is find eight of us? When I was a challenger, I had to go all the way to Asmodae to help another Miragent spy get home.

Maybe the test is easier now. In any case, good luck with finding the other six.

Player: "Miragent shines!"

You're quite extraordinary to find me like this.

Arieluma. I'm Pavel--a [%userclass] like you. Not a bad disguise, eh?

Player: "Can I get your signature?"

I see Pendaon is involved with this test.

Take it from me--he might be trouble. He's so meticulous...a real spit-and-polish type.

And he doesn't like challengers.

Player: "Good to know."

You disappoint me a little, Player.

I heard that you mastered the Sage's Teachings at an early age. But if you're a fast learner, how come it took you so long to find me?

In the spy game, speed is essential. One missstep will get you and your allies killed.

Player: "Can you sign this?"

Well, you did find me...even if you were late.

If you ask me, challengers should be scored on how long it takes them to complete this step.

That was a hint, Player. Go! You should already be looking for the next agent!

Player: "Farewell."

Wha...! You startled me!

Since Bollvig turned this place into a wasteland, danger can come at you from anywhere.

You're a challenger, trying to become a Miragent's Holy Templar, right? With something for me to sign?

Player: "Here's the list."

Here you go. On your way, challenger.

If I didn't have to, I wouldn't spend one more minute in this dreadful place.

Player: "Faith and arms!"

Are you Player?

Arieluma, challenger. I am Belicanon.

Player: "Can I get your signature?"

You've more than halfway there. And you found me!

Perhaps it's hubris, but I think I'm the hardest agent to reach...of the ones on this list, anyway.

By the way, if you hear anything about that Ixion guy, let me know. He appeared the other day and claimed that he's a painter, but he doesn't act like a painter. Seems suspicious.

Player: "Miragent shines!"

Who are you? No one comes here without permission.

Just because the house looks deserted doesn't mean that it is deserted.

Player: "I have this list here..."

Oh, so you're a challenger...Player, is it?

Here's your signature. No one saw you coming in here, right?

If people knew that a Miragent's Holy Templar was here, there'd be a big clamor, and I'm trying to stay inconspicuous.

Player: "Miragent shines!"

Take some deep breaths, [%userclass]. You're safe here...for the moment.

It's hard to spy on the Calydon village. Calydons have extraordinarily keen noses.

Just a moment ago, they started to sniff around as if they had smelled something, and so I hid here hastily.

Player: "The Miragent Holy Templars sent me..."

I see I'm the last one. Congratulations, challenger. You're almost done.

You still need to undertake a ritual of affirmation, but that's just a matter of buying one of those Oath Stones, and talking to Jucleas.

Here's the completed list Show it to Commander Lavirintos, and give him my regards.

Player: "Miragent shines!"

You must have completed your latest assignment from the Miragent Holy Templars. If not, you wouldn't have returned.

And that means you need another ritual of affirmation, yes?

Player: "Indeed I do."

The procedure is the same as that of last time.

If you give me the Oath Stone, I'll perform the ritual of affirmation.

Player: "Here's the Oath Stone."

You haven't brought Oath Stone, have you?

Go to the Divine Road--the Caps and Straps store--and buy the stone. I'll be waiting for you here.

Player: "I'll be back."

You've passed this test, Player. Well done.

Here's another part of the Miragent's Holy Templar uniform. As you can see, the uniform becomes more powerful the more fully you're invested in what we're trying to accomplish here in Sanctum...and beyond.
