Winding Towers have been set up all over Dumaha to excavate Odians.

You can use Winding Tower Engraving Stones to mark Winding Towers as your legion's property. You can hog unused Winding Towers and also fight the Asmodians for their Winding Towers.

But be warned! The Asmodians will, of course, try to stop you from using a Winding Tower Engraving Stone, Player.
As soon as you've marked a Winding Tower as your legion's property, you can use it to excavate Odians at certain times.

Then all that's left is for you to collect the Odians.
