Currently, there are drills set up throughout Demaha that can mine Gemstones.

Some of them are unused and others belong to the Asmodians. If you approach one of those, you can use a Drill Carve Stone to turn it into Legion property.

But of course, the Asmodians will try to prevent you from using the Drill Carve Stone, Player.
