You used to be able to journey to Alukina's Palace. The sea itself floated in the air!

Anair Lighthouse lit the path for Daevas to wing their way there.

Sadly, the Quartz Lens disappeared from the lighthouse and the way has been lost. It's heartbreaking, really.


Pirates. Only scum like that would sink so low.

They stole it and buried it in their den or some other hidden retreat.

If only we could find the lens... We're hampered by the fact that most of those pirates are long dead.


There might yet be a way. I've heard some rumours that might point you in the right direction.

Years ago, before ...well...before this was a frozen waste, Baugi was a pirate. To his credit, he's worked hard to make up for it.

He might know something that could help. Ask Baugi about the lens--see what he knows.
Yes, it's true--I used to be a pirate. I was young and I needed the work.

It wasn't like a career. I never even bloodied my sword.

Mostly I swabbed decks and stayed out of everyone's way.


The Quartz Lens of the lighthouse... I don’t know if it has really been stolen by pirates. I don’t receive this kind of important information, probably because of my low rank.

But if pirates are really behind this, then it was surely Captain Hinden. After all, he ruled the seas in Beluslan.

If anyone knows anything about the Quartz Lens, he does. But I don’t even know if Captain Hinden is still alive.

You should take a closer look at the sunken pirate ship in the Anair Harbour. If you find Captain Hinden there, you may also find evidence of the Quartz Lens.
