Go to Vorgaltem Battlefield and nab the Balaur Supplies, but be careful.

The Balaur won't take kindly to you stealing their vittles.
I've been thinking--I actually don't know what's in those Balaur supplies.... Perhaps it's better we don't eat them....

Regardless, stealing the supplies will weaken the Balaur.

Go back and get the Balaur Supplies. They should be inside the Balaur barracks in the Vorgaltem Battlefield.
