Final Act of the Elysian Massacre
icon Quest
Type: Quest
Category: Pandaemonium
Lv.: 40
Asmodian Only

Description:
Fight and defeat Elyos General[pl:"Generals"]s (3). Report back to Necros. You were given orders to defeat Elyos Generals, who have a huge influence on the tide of battle.
Summary:
Necros said we should take every opportunity we can to turn the tide of the war, which is why it’s so important that we demoralise the enemy in any way possible.

If you defeat the Elyos Generals, who are the best of the Elysian troops, it would deal a hefty blow to them and conversely a massive boost to the Asmodians’ morale.

After you defeated them, he praised your hard work, saying you had made a name for yourself in Atreia.

Full quest's text:
Sometimes, even the tiniest thing can be the difference between winning or losing a war.

A single victory in battle can be the deciding factor of the entire war.

The morale of the troops plays a huge role in a war of attrition such as the one we’re in right now.

That’s why we need to make it very clear that we are superior to the Elyos.

I have one final request to make of you. Shall I tell you about it?
Ah... I think you’re not ready for this mission yet.

This is a special mission that I can only give to Daevas who have racked up more than 5,000 kills in PvP.

But it looks like you haven’t defeated that many Elysian soldiers yet.

Come see me again once you’ve defeated more Elyos.
Player, you know we’ve got high hopes for you, right?

There are plenty of Daevas around, but not many who we would trust with such important missions.

Which is why, for your next mission, we want you to defeat Elyos Generals.

There might not be that many Elyos Commanders and Generals, but they have a huge impact on what happens in battle.

Defeating them would be hugely helpful in turning the tide, and a great morale boost for the Asmodians.

I hope you’ll accept this mission, despite how difficult it will be.
Okay. Please go and defeat Elyos Generals. You can also defeat any even more powerful Daevas while you’re out there.

There are so few of them that it might be difficult to find them. They’re also unbelievably strong.

I advise you to take your comrades with you on this mission.

Trying to do something like this on your own is not a sign of courage, but of madness. So take your friends with you.

But there’s something you need to remember. Don’t bother defeating enemies who are much weaker than you.

You’re not doing us any favours by defeating weaklings like that.
Our troops’ morale has improved recently.

Of course, there are multiple reasons why, but you’re definitely one of them.

There are rumours flying around that an Asmodian Daeva is going around getting rid of famous Elysian Daevas.

Tell me, how was it, fighting the Elyos Generals?
You did some good work during this mission, Player.

Everyone in Atreia knows your name. The Elyos and the Balaur will shake in their boots at the sound of it.

May the glory of victory be with you always.

May Azphel’s protection be with you!
