Im currently at this quest and i cant find DULLAHA anywhere in reshanta....already searched at Red Hasia Scout Post and the entire island... shes missing...or moved to another place (????) ....i think this info here is out dated...

The quest info is up to date. NPC's location may have been changed. Also please remember that some NPCs in the game appear only at certain in game time. Maybe that's the case.
