Go to the battleground at the upper layer of Reshanta and join in recapturing the fortress that has fallen into enemy hands.

You do know in order to occupy the fortress, you have to defeat the Guardian General, don't you? Defeating the Guardian General is your mission.

As long as it is such Reshanta Top Fortresses as the Krotan Refuge, the Kysis Fortress, and the Miren Fortress, it should be fine.
