Now that pressing shortage of Aether has been addressed by the Tower of Eternity Fragments and Obelisks, it's time to move to the next step.

It's time to build an Aetheric Field Observatory in Inggison.

Some of our members are already searching for possible sites for the Observatory, and we need to check their progress.

Meet with Siaqua at the Temple of Scales to get an update, and report it to Inggison Branch Member.

I've been surveying as ordered, but this place isn't fit to build the Observatory.

The Aether generated by the Obelisk is barely enough to support the personnel here, and attacks are much too frequent.

Tell them that, unless we have control over the Silentera Corridor and beyond the Bulwark, it won't be easy to build an Observatory at the Temple of Scales.

Be careful on your way back. Our enemies often lurk in the darkness.
