They're not talking, of course, but they had documents that made it pretty sharding obvious that the Krall wanted to give 'em some kind of tribute.

Take a Wholewing with you to Kaidan HQ. Let them do the talking. Don't ask--it's just how Balaur diplomacy works.

You'll both put on Balaur disguises once you reach Kaidan Altar so that the Kaidan Head Priest won't suspect anything.

Then you just take the tribute and come back in.

Player: "We'll be back!"

Sharding Krall attacked our wagons again. Say you have good news.

Player: "They've displeased the Balaur."

Word to the wise: saying you've done something when you haven't just makes me angry.
