We all know of your struggles. Of your perpetual war, your absolute resentment of the Elyos. But... naive as we apparently were, we had hoped that you would set aside your differences to fight an overwhelmingly powerful common enemy.

You all saw what Tiamat did to your forces, and yet you still rage at each other. Remarkable...

Ugh. The worst thing about listening to Reians is that more often than not, they're right. We clearly lack the firepower to fight Tiamat. But siding with the Elyos? Just the thought of it boils my blood.

No one has even dared suggest a truce between the Asmodians and Elyos before. Perhaps Kahrun, separated as he is from our hatred, can see potential where we cannot.
