The Reians, who settled in Balaurea after the Cataclysm, were forced to adapt to the harsh environs and defend their land against the Balaur.

There is a small group of about twenty Reians among them, who oppose the Balaur in the Esoterrace with all their might. But their strength appears to be waning.

What's more, Dalia, their spiritual bulwark and mother of the land, was captured by the Balaur, and now they can scarcely hold the Esoterrace, let alone retake it.

However, we do not know what exactly is going on in the place and whether we can trust these people, so their requests for assistance have gone unanswered.

After Warden Surama took our land, he built a gigantic Drana production facility on it.

We've launched countless attacks to recapture the Esoterrace. Sadly, we have never even got close to Warden Surama.

Now Dalia Charlands, our Protector, has fallen into their hands as well...

This is the Narayama Canyon. Follow the trail and you'll reach the Drana Esoterrace. It's the biggest Drana farm in Tiamaranta.

Dalia, the holy tree, grows there. It is terrible... Dalia is being defiled as a tool to produce Drana.

All the Drana made at the farm is brought to this laboratory.

Unfortunately, that's all we were able to find out. They've increased their watches since then and we can't get close any more.
I assume that Surama is operating another secret lab besides the Drana Production Lab. Whatever he's up to there, it doesn't bode well for us.

Please help us drive out the horrible Balaur from the Esoterrace and put an end to Surama's research.

Go to Narayama Canyon first, and liberate Dalia from Surama's dark clutches... Once you have accomplished that, move on to the research lab and annihilate the Balaur.

If you go a little further, you will see a cliff. My companions will be waiting for you there. They will open the Windstream to Narayama Canyon for you.
