Order: Find Brigade General Yulia of the Hushblades and Brigade General Versetti of the Wisplights and receive your assignment.
Summary:
Due to the Balaur’s Aetheric Field, Balaur Lady Tiamat could not be defeated right away and Outremus requested support from Sanctum. He said that it would be necessary to check whether you could help.

You met with Kaisinel’s Brigade General Yulia and Brigade General Versetti and completed the order you received. You then returned to praise from High Priestess Eremitia.

Full quest's text:
Let’s talk about something else now.

I’m sure you’ve already noticed too: High Priestess Eremitia didn’t just send you here as a companion for the Daevas.

This is a ruthless battlefield.

Lord Kaisinel has helped us to drive the Balaur back to the Angrief region. We have had little success since then.

Tiamaranta is located just beyond the Balaur’s Aetheric Field, but the Balaur are truly fearless…
So they’ve asked you to handle the orders in Inggison, have they...

(Looks inside suspiciously.) I’m not sure you’re up to the task, to be honest.

But very well, I’ll trust High Priestess Eremitia’s judgement in this. Veille recognised your accomplishments, so I shouldn’t doubt you.

Visit Brigade General Yulia. She’ll tell you what you can do to help.
Outremus has been in contact with me. He said I should test your abilities by giving you an assignment.

I wonder why I, a Brigade General, should be expected to handle this matter personally, but orders are orders.

Just wait a moment. Which order shall I give you…?

Do you even know how the Inggison Illusion Fortress was built?
Tssk, I knew it.

Normally, of course, it would take months, if not years, to build a fortress of this magnitude. But my legion built the Inggison Illusion Fortress in a single day!

Lord Kaisinel bestowed a great honour upon us. And that is why we are here.

Would you like to know more? Good, then I’ll elaborate.

We are pursuing three key objectives here in Inggison. Our first is to ensure that the area surrounding Inggison Illusion Fortress remains stable. Secondly, we are to use chaos magic to confuse the enemy, and thirdly we are responsible for the supply of aether here.

Speaking of the aether supplies... I intend to entrust you with repairing and erecting the obelisks.
In case you hadn’t heard, Inggison is suffering from a shocking shortage of aether. That’s why most Daevas’ skills are useless here.

We’re keeping a fragment of the Tower of Eternity at the centre of the Illusion Fortress. We use it to make aether. The obelisks are supposed to distribute the aether throughout Inggison.

But as the old saying goes: Actions speak louder than words. Centurion Marica is the one in charge of building the obelisks at Dimaia Fountainhead at the moment. Go see her and help her. That way you’ll learn what you need to do, bit by bit.
Are you the one Brigade General Yulia was talking about?

Excellent. I’m glad you managed to find your way here, considering you’re pretty new to Inggison, or so I hear.

If you’re ready, let’s get cracking on this work straight away.
I’m sure the Brigade General must have told you this, but we’re currently erecting an obelisk at Dimaia Fountainhead.

I’d like you to erect obelisks on the Eastern Obelisk Support, Western Obelisk Support and Northern Obelisk Support.

We managed to build the support platforms but we can’t get close enough to finish working on them because the cellatu keep attacking us. Most of the work is already finished. All you have to do is mount the obelisks onto the supports.

Good luck!
You seem to be worrying about making your report.

No need – Brigade General Marica has already told me all about it.
Marica is very impressed with you, I was quite surprised actually.

She was very pleased that the obelisks were installed at Dimaia Fountainhead without any trouble, and said it was all thanks to your help.

Don’t let it get to your head, though. That was only three of the countless obelisks that are still left to install across Inggison, after all.

As always, go and visit Outremus. He asked me to send you to him the moment I saw you.
Don’t get cocky.

The Balaur here are different from those in the Aetheric Field and our power is also different from in the Aetheric Field.

Remember that and be duly cautious.

Please forgive the lecture. Sooner or later there will be an incident where we’re reliant on your help.

Until then, you should try to familiarise yourself with Inggison.
