Description:
Talk to Marchutan’s Agent, Richelle. Talk to Valetta. Talk to Vellun. Install the Watching Eye at the Dredgion Crash Site [%11]. Go to Coward’s Cove and follow the Fugitive Kumbanda ([%14]). You lost sight of Kumbanda! Report to Valetta. Order: You are required to carry out a mission in Gelkmaros. Go to Marchutan’s Agent Richelle and receive your orders.
Summary:
Marchutan’s Agent, Richelle, said that a particular Balaur was preventing her from finding out where Siel’s Relic is.

According to Brigade General Valetta, a Balaur named Kumbanda was willing to give information on the whereabouts of Siel’s Relic, but had demanded that they hand over the Fateful Artefact in exchange. In the midst of these negotiations, the Balaur stole the artefact and fled.

Following Valetta’s orders and at Vellun’s suggestion, you installed a Watching Eye near the Crashed Dredgion.

Thus, you were able to discover where Kumbanda was and follow him. But then he escaped again.

Full quest's text:
Since Mastarius collected you in person, you must be the person of whom the Lord spoke.

Lord Marchutan foresaw this day.

So we have already prepared a great deal. This Fortress, Lumiel’s Crystal and the Fatebound…

But the future is as uncertain as flowing water.

Not every prediction comes true. We need to correct that.
Siel’s Relic. It’s about the whereabouts of the Relic.

After we discovered the Tiarkh Testing Lab, we searched everywhere for Siel’s Living Relic, but we couldn’t find it.

However, a Balaur came to us offering us information about Siel’s Relic in exchange for something else.

This Balaur has apparently been causing problems.

He probably employed a ruse, which is typical of the Balaur.

Meet with Brigade General Valetta. She’ll explain everything to you in detail.
Player, I’ve been expecting you. The current situation isn’t good at all.

Did Agent Richelle tell you about Siel’s Relic and the Balaur?

It’s just… a Balaur contacted us to give us secret information about Siel’s Relic.

His name is Kumbanda.

In return for this information, he wants to have the Fateful Artefact.
In retrospect, we shouldn’t have given away such a valuable item like that so readily.

But what were we to do? We need to find out where Siel’s Relic is. That’s why we agreed to trade.

We gave him the artefact at first and wanted to take it back immediately, as we assumed that the Balaur wouldn’t be able to use its full power.

But… he was a bit faster than us.

Kumbanda checked the terms of the exchange and then immediately absconded with the Fateful Artefact.

It all happened so fast.
Exactly. We didn’t find out anything about the relic. All that happened was our priceless fateful artefact got stolen.

We thought we’d be able to catch Kumbanda straight away, but he’s sneakier than we thought. He got away from us.

Clearly we need your help, Player.

We need you to get our fateful artefact back from that Traitor Kumbanda. It’s vitally important we get it back and learn the secret whereabouts of Siel’s Relic.

The last we saw, he was on his way to the Dredgion Crash Site. You know – where the Fatebound caused that Dredgion to crash. It’s near Antagor Battlefield.

If you could install a watching eye there, then I’m sure you’d find some trace of where Kumbanda has gone.

Ask Vellun for a watching eye. He’ll be excited to give you one, I’m sure. He’s not exactly... easy to get along with, but if you mention that you need one, he’ll give you a watching eye.
It’s you, isn’t it? Weren’t you the one mentioned in the prophecy? Didn’t you turn up on the same day that the dredgion crashed?

Hmm, then it must be true. (Looking you up and down) But you don’t look very special to me. I wonder why those two agents...

Why is Valetta so slow? What is so difficult about finding a Balaur on a sealed dredgion?
So you want to try using a watching eye, huh?

Well, if we use one of the watching eyes developed in the first laboratory in Pandaemonium, we should be able to find out what’s happening around the dredgion.

Then we’d see whether Kumbanda is still skulking around there or not.

I’ve often suggested we make more use of the watching eyes. I’m surprised it’s taken them this long to realise how useful they are.

Here you go. Go and set up the watching eye at the Dredgion Crash Site. The information and images it collects will show you where Kumbanda is hiding.

You know how to use it, don’t you?
Damn, he escaped?!

It seems we underestimated him.

Hmm, we had assumed that there was no way he could use the Stolen Artefact, but now it seems to me that this assumption was wrong.

Still, this is a blessing in disguise. At least he doesn’t seem to be working for Tiamat.

If we look at it this way, this has bought us some time. We have to catch Kumbanda before Tiamat’s Subordinates find him.

I’ll call for you again once we’ve located him. In the meantime, please help us with our other problems.
